How long will it take to complete a Project?

  • It will depend on the size of the project. But it usually take about 3 - 5 days.

What type of payments do you accept?

  • Check. (Online Payment is still on the process)

Do I need a permit?

  • Yes, you will need a permit for projects such as Foundation, City sidewalks, City ADA ramps..etc. 

What is your service area?

  • King County Area (Both Residential and Commercial) in Washington State

Is it necessary to meet onsite before you give an estimate?

  • Yes, the estimate would be more accurate and detailed according to the onsite visit with the owner or the site coordinator. 

Are you licensed and insured?

  • Yes, we are licensed, insured, bonded and are happy to provide certification if requested.

How long does it take to get an estimate?

  • Our goal is to meet on-site on the same day or within 48 hours and written estimates / proposals will follow the same day. 

Who will be coming out to bid for the project?

  • The owner or one of our qualified workers.

How long is an estimate good for?

  •  Generally, estimates / proposals are good for 30 days. Exceptions is made for special projects.

When can I walk on a newly poured concrete?

  • It is best for you to wait at least 48 hours (2 Days) before walking on a newly poured concrete floor.

When can I drive on a newly poured concrete?

  • It is best for you to wait at least 4 Days before driving on a new poured concrete.
